Geography Programs at The Village Lower School

Our students learn early on that the world is a wide and wonderful place with many different people and places. We take children on virtual journeys to big cities in the United States and remote villages on the other side of the globe where they discover the vast difference in climates, culture and lifestyle. Technologically, the students are able to research many of their projects through the internet as they learn and explore their classroom projects.

Additionally, our lesson plans are designed to create an awareness of environmental and social issues as we explore the various ecosystem of the earth.
